Yoav Arnon, CEO
Yoav is an experienced executive in the validation domain. His background includes leading customer engineering groups for QA tools and co-owning a successful service company. Over the years, he’s guided teams through complex product lifecycles with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer value. He believes in building collaborative teams and practical solutions that scale. Yoav holds a BSc in Communication Systems Engineering and is a big fan of Formula 1.

Arik Shmayovitsh, CPO
Arik is an R&D executive with 25+ years of experience in software and hardware. He led 170 engineers at CEVA Inc. focusing on architecture, validation, and silicon verification. He also held senior roles at Apple and other tech firms. Passionate about AI-driven QA automation, Arik holds a BSc in electrical engineering and is completing his MBA at Tel Aviv University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing the piano.

Guy is a seasoned startup CTO with 15+ years of experience. He’s built and led engineering teams of 20+, launched AI/ML-powered products, and helped drive multiple ventures to successful exits. After experiencing the pain of QA firsthand, he set out to build an AI-powered solution to simplify testing. He’s passionate about writing clean, elegant code and building fast-moving, high-trust teams. Based in Berlin, he enjoys biking through the woods or paddling his SUP at sunset.
